frillzard sprite

'tis the frillzard, my favourite fake pokémon of all. I tried to get a feel closer to the original pokémon games, but I shaded this one a bit too dark for that.... ah well. It looks cool anyway.

Done in paintbbs, but it fits as pixel art.
